Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2nd October 2026
This website is run by the ministry of Evangelist Roger Alleyne, based in Tobago, Trinidad and Tobago. We collect as little about you as we can, and we only use it for the reasons below. If you have any question about your information, email evangelistrogeralleyne@gmail.com.
When you send us a message
The website has two forms:
- Prayer request: your name, your prayer request, and your email address if you choose to give it.
- Contact and invitations: your name, email address, and if you give them, your phone or WhatsApp number, your church or organisation, event details and your message.
What you send goes straight to Evangelist Roger Alleyne’s email inbox (Gmail, provided by Google). The website itself does not keep a copy. We use it only to pray for you, to reply to you, or to plan an invitation. Prayer requests are private: we never publish them, and we do not share them outside the ministry without your permission. We keep messages only for as long as we need them, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages and sermons they view, and how they found us. This helps us share the message more widely. How it works depends on where you are, which we judge from the time zone set on your device.
- If you are in Europe, a small box at the bottom of the screen asks first. If you accept, Google Analytics places cookies named
_gaand_ga_EEWP3WTVD2in your browser so it can tell when you return; they last up to two years. If you decline, or do not choose, no analytics cookies are placed, and Google only receives anonymous signals without cookies, used to estimate the total number of visits. - Everywhere else, Google Analytics is switched on when you arrive and places the same cookies. You can switch it off at any time with the button below.
- Google Analytics does not store your IP address. Detailed visit records are deleted by Google after two months (Google’s standard setting); overall totals remain in our reports.
- Google processes this information on our behalf and may do so outside your country, including in the United States. We have switched off every option that would share the data with Google for advertising or for its other products.
You can change your mind at any time. This button removes the analytics cookies and lets you choose again:
Sermons and live broadcasts
Our sermon and live broadcast players show videos from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube does not store information about you just because you open a page. Once you press play, YouTube (part of Google) handles the video under Google’s privacy policy. Some older messages on the Sermons page also play from YouTube.
Other things to know
- Your answer to the statistics box is remembered in your own browser (as
ra_consent) so we do not ask again. It contains no personal information. - The website is hosted by Hostinger. Like all web servers, theirs keep short-term technical records (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
- Fonts are loaded from our own website, not from Google.
- The WhatsApp, Facebook and email share buttons are plain links. Nothing is sent to those services unless you click one.
- Links to Amazon (for books), YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and amazingbiblestudies.com take you to other websites, which have their own privacy policies.
- We do not show advertising, and we never sell or rent your information.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop us using it, and you can withdraw your consent to statistics at any time. Email evangelistrogeralleyne@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your data protection authority; in the Netherlands, that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Children
This website is not aimed at children under 16. If a child has sent us a message, a parent or guardian can ask us to delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
